The quality of the product is poor. The display was embedded in the wrong way. I've to fix it by opening the case and turning it by 90 degrees. After opening the case I have to realize that one crimped cable connection was loose. Could be dangerous because it's a 230V device with 300W!!! - Luckely I realized it before turning on the first time. After fixing this, the device works as expected at least. Probably you could find a producer delivering better quality.
The stamp and custom logo look good, but the screw size is too small and it does not match the screw size for the heated embossing tool. This makes the entire purchase useless because you cant attach the logo or the letters to the actual machine. I am still waiting on the seller to respond so he can fix this mistake. It is a pretty huge oversight.
