I did not get an item. First, seller wrote me that item has been returned and asked to resend. I sad it is okay to resend. Few days later, I received automatic confirmation of receiveng an item. I asap wrote to seller that I have not received it and that I dont understand what is going on. And since then seller is lying to me and not wanting to give me a refund. They say item is in my country, even they wrote to me it has been returned and asked me to resend it! I opened dispute and insisted on refund. They did not give me a refund. It is going on for a month now. This is my first experience this bad on this platform. I would not recommend this store to anyone, i can live without money, but this kind of communication is killing me. Very, very bad.
I do not have this item for a while but I am waiting refund for a while. Shame for this store.
