Package came in good condition and fast, so theres no problem. Quality of item is reasonable, seals are tight. Cord is little bit short for comfortable use, and "where to store it" is not well invented, but its ok. BUT forget about 25 minutes of which they say in manual, your food is ready. It takes about TWO hours, to get get normal portion of food (350g sauce, meat, rice), to eatable warmness. Keep that in mind. Othervise, for its price, buy is reasonable, but time of preparation brings it down
