this mini Spot welder is damaged item not controlled power and come to smoke and smell from this item

Connected to a 3s turnigy 5000mah 40/60c lipo in storage mode at 11.4 voltage. First weld and it burned. Now circuit is shorted directly to the battery. Mainboard booting, probably works correctly.
