I finally got batteries for this and it doesnt work.It is missing springs for the r batteries.I do not want to pay for shipping to send it back but i do want something done please.
i finally went to use this and there is no springs to hold the batteries in.No conevtion for power.I dont want to pay the enormous price to ship it back.Please help.I have waited long enough for this scale.

Nice little diamond scale, the top clear top came in broken, but does not impact the unit, the hinge on one side broken
