Received in nice box with uncharged battery. I change both battery and seller refund me all expenses (and this a reason why 5 stars). Date of manufacturing - 2015 year. I don't know relation to Polimaster, I used similar device during 3 years up to 2011 - this GM looks as the same. SW at CD - now I search were I can read this CD and I need IR reader...
