On one hand I would like to give 5 stars and on the other hand 1 star, so it has to end up with 3 stars. I ordered 3 fountain pens but only 2 arrived. The 2 pens I received are of high quality and safely wrapped for the transport and I am very pleased with the pens so they deserve 5 stars. However, I also ordered a third pen which the store told me were not avaiable eventhough two of this type of pen still are assable on the store website two month after. I asked for an explanation but never got a propper one. Therefor I can only give 1 star for this pen. In the end I got the refond quickly after I asked for it, but I still had to ask.
. The pen arrived at described, not only is it a very beautiful fountain pen, it also writes great and smooth. I’m very happy with my purchase. Communication with the seller, package are all nothing but a positive experience. Recommend the seller and I myself won’t hesitate to come back to make new purchases here.
