The seller canceled the shipment. The reason for the cancellation was that the PLA role was too heavy! I consider this an excuse because I have already bought many PLA rolls from this seller. The seller did not inform me about the cancellation of the shipment! Had to open a dispute first to get my money. I cannot recommend this seller!

They initially approved the shipping but a month later canceled the shipment and told me to reorder the product. No appropriate explanation. Worst service.
