Item arrived very quickly via registered mail (easy tracing) in orifginal box ABD in protective air bubble wrap - overall packaging excellent. Quality of mug is just great. BUT they have not engraved as I requested, instead (?) they sent two gifts.This 'oversight' with engraving is why I do not give 5 stars. In any case I strongly recommend (but do not expect engraving...).
MY DEEPEST APOLOGIES - THE ENGRAVING WAS THERE, I DO NOT KNOW HOW I MISSED IT.... THUMBS UP, A FULL 5 STAR RATING FOR THE PRODUCT AND THE SELLER, REALLY EXCELLENT.
