works perfectly. i put boiling water in the evening and in the morning is still quite hot! it's cute and tinier than i expected (in a good way). worth it!

I bought the carafe as a present for a friend who loves tea, but it is delivered with broken parts. Tried to communicate with the seller, who first offered to send another part to replace the broken one, but then said the broken part would not interfere with use. And no replacement part received to date. Very disappointing!
