very satisfied with the purchase, high quality, excellent service and very good price. i was planning to buy the chandelier from local store or the online store from US, But i found the produce is made in china, so why don't i find the same produce from china online store directly. several searching directed me to here. i believe factory direct sell has less markup. so i triggered the order and chose the free shipment because i am not in rush. i got notification relatively quick. shipment took about 2-3 month. during this time, seller actively kept trace and updated the status the item. when i had question, i got quick and details replay no matter it's morning or evening on my time. It's clear crystal with clean cut crystal. decent quality light fixture. it takes 1 to 2 hour to install and assemble the chandelier under the ceiling and the final result is amazing thanks to high quality crystal and great chandelier design. highly recommended!
