Description is Photoresist Anti-etching Blue Ink Paint For DIY PCB Dry Film Replacement. I emphasize it's Dry Film replacement which I've bought and used from other vendors before. It's for transferring circuit board design before you make PCB! As shown in description and instructions you paint on virgin circuit board, wait for it to dry or dry with hairdryer before you transfer design with film and light. Now here are the problems, besides shipping with cheaper shipping method than aliexpress standard shipping I chose. VENDOR SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT. VENDOR SHIPPED UV SOLDER MASK BLUE PAINT. BOTH LOOK THE SAME BLUE PAINT BUT IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT. IT HAS DIFFERENT USE AND SMELL. UV MASK IS TO APPLY TO FINISHED PCB AT THE END TO PROTECT THE TRACES. WHEN YOU PAINT IT ON BOARD IT NEVER DRIES UNTIL YOU CURE WITH UV LIGHT, YOU CAN'T TRANSFER DESIGN WITH FILM AND LIGHT LIKE DRY FILM REPLACEMENT BECAUSE UV MASK REMAINS WET AND STICKY.

Revision: Testing paint, it's Photoresist Anti-etching Blue Ink Paint For DIY PCB Dry Film Replacement and not UV Solder mask like I assumed by mistake. But this Blue Paint sent by vendor is different brand/manufacturer and label says something different. Smells like UV solder mask and not same smell as blue paint like brand in photo. I use Blue paint from brand in photo before, after painting PCB it air dries in a couple hours or a few minutes with Hair dryer and tested with the little I still have left. This different brand/manufacturer that vendor sent didn't air dry for 2 days after painting PCB!!! I touch and paint still wet and sticky after 2 days. I had to use hair dryer for almost an hour to dry.
