The seller sent me a wrong item, and then he argues for days that we was right and I was wrong, he sent me something that costs cheap and the light is very weak. I opened dispute and AliExpress judgement was that I was right and he was wrong, they gave me 2 solutions, either to send him back the item, which would cost me even more than the product price, or get a small refund of 21.90 USD. I paid 109 USD for this, which means I got refund only if 1/5 of what I paid. I got scammed for the first time in 6 months. I spent more than 2,000+ dollars in this app, but due to this experience I will not shop here anymore. Thank you for scamming me, at least now I don’t trust this app anymore. Oh by the way, he will probably write a automatic message explaining I was wrong and they were right. Anyways, go will return my money in a way or another.
