The only negative I can think of is that the siren cable could be longer and although it looks like a standard stereo audio cable it did not work with such an extension but otherwise I am happy with the product.I have not tested any of the GSM functions so far.
So I put in a Sim card thinking it does not matter for SMS but it does , you absolutely need a 2G sim card which are not very common these days.Its a pity they did not make this clearer in their advertising.I advise to get the 3G model if you want to enjoy the full functionality.The zone descriptors (in the Tuya App) obviously do not appear on the control module but they do appear in the Tuya App alarm log.So it is necessary to make a printout of what zone is what and if it is a home or away alarm and stick it near the control box otherwise it will get confusing after 10 or 15 zone devices are installed.
Excelent item for excelent price (duty cost in slovenia/eu + 29€) and very fast delivery. Iam very satisfied.
