Ordered large (L) , but received small (S) side product which is of no use for an adult big dog.
I have ordered Large (L) size item for an adult big dog, but received a smaller (S) size item which is of no use. Why can't the seller check the details properly before delivering the package? See the dimensions of the product which I received in the snapshots attached.
