This shop has 0 customer service. It's a pity I cannot give 0 stars. I ordered 8 sniffing mats and received one. They say they sent 8 and that their label shows there were 8 pieces inside. I made a movie where I opened the package (because I felt something was wrong), but they don't offer any solution. The only thing they ask is 'to cancel the dispute'. It has been a very frustrating and demotivational conversation. But shops with such poor customer support should not exist! I hope nobody else falls for this trap!!
