I installed the first chips, and I print less than 200 pages for the first time. I tried to print again in the morning but it does not work. I got the orange light and I cannot print anything. printer P2500W. Support try to help and ask me to install the 2nd chip which is seem to be OK for now. But 1st chip does not work as expected. what should I do?
