I did not receive my order. And I can't open dispute anymore. Can you refund me please?
I did not receive this order. They begged me not close the dispute I open against them. They said I should wait 8-10 days that it will be get to me. Little did I know that their 10 days will fall into the time when I won't be able to open the dispute again. Now I want to reopen the dispute but I can't. Kindly look into this for me. If they can't do it, let them refund me please.
