Good power supply. Works like normal one. +12v is connected by 3 P mosfets -14.5A AP4409AGEM. Rated at 300w means 25A@12V, the mosfets will handle it, not sure if the PCB traces will handle it, they don't look reinforced. For a PC without a dedicated graphics is enough. For example a 90w TDP cpu will eat max around 10A(120W) from the PSU. Of course with a dedicated graphics too but not gaming or something and it's only 4pin 20awg wires. CPU connector is 4 pin 18awg cables.
