I had bought this product during the 11/11 sales at a discounted price. I have waited for over two months and still have not received the product. They claimed that there are logistics issues and asked me to raise a dispute for a refund so they can resend as a new order at the discounted price. After raising the dispute and receiving the refund they are refusing to let me order again at the original discounted price. Terrible customer service experience. I will not recommend to anyone.
