parcel not arrived, order management with very bad automatic responder, so you can't talk to a human to explain to you what happened to your package, also once the order is closed you can't even make a refund because when you open the dispute there is no way to send it

I tested the tape on a brown paper bag and on some coloured card stock paper. It adhered well but did not rip the paper. Very pleased.
