The packaging of the doll is beautiful and good. Everything is in a good and beautifully designed box. Except for the head, the doll is put together. It takes a while to try and see how it should look, the same in terms of clothing. The feet that are standard on the doll are not correct for the shoes. I wanted to exchange the feet for that (2 pairs of extra feet were supplied), which did not go well with 1 foot. The hook with which the foot was attached shot into the hole in the lower leg. When approaching the seller how to solve this - he was very cooperative. There was a quick response, and it was nice to help solve this. Self explanatory video was provided. All in all, a great purchase and product!
