Very bad experience, this seller packed the item so poorly that the wire ends on the PCB made deep fatal scratches on the driver files mini-cd. The card blocked the computer power supply when mounted in the PCI E slot. The scratching can cause ESD damage in the electronics. Seller ignored all valid arguments and denied the poor packing. He or she even suggested that the Customs had caused the damage when opening the package, but it arrived unopened. A dispute was needed to convince the seller that (s)he messed up. A video film was made to explain and prove the differenc between computer functioning without the card and the blocked computer with the card. The AE mediator concluded: full refund without returning damaged items. The seller will be taught better service and better packing vulnerable goods. I feel disappointed by seller's treatment, by the struggle, with NO healthy parallel printer port card, but I feel recognized as a sincere customer by the judgement of the AE mediator.
