When things are fine and dandy customer service is good, the moment you share that their boxes have defects, the service is terrible. I’ve had to repeat myself 10 times and share multiple photos that illustrate the same issue and they still say it’s not clear. See images of the boxes sent to me of the entire batch purchases quite a few were damaged due to shipment and handling, and another 25 boxes had sides that were partially faded! Too half of the box was in a darker shade than bottom half of the box!
