We are a dropshipping business that worked with this supplier for months selling painting kits to the US and worldwide. When they ran into production issues, they hid it from us until it was too late. They put tracking numbers and marked orders as shipped when they were not even produced. Then blamed the shipping carriers. They failed to ship over 4000 orders to our customers as expected, which ruined our business reputation and made us lose so much money. We had to hire a legal firm to handle this. If you are a dropshipper or a buyer, buy somewhere else. This supplier is dishonest and only cares about making cash. We have been lied to and blackmailed by then. Quality control is also subpar, so expect frequent complaints. They will also keep shipping fees and ship orders via a cheaper method. They have several brands selling painting kits but they are the same seller. If the product images are the same as Chenistory, run away.
