They use FM6126A. When you use an ESP32 you can controll them with the smartmatrix library (do not forget to set the option to FM6126) or with the DESP32-RGB64x32MatrixPanel-I2S-DMA (here you need to include custom reset function). LED matrix works, in my opinion a little less bright than these from adafruit (however they are not in production anymore and were 4 time this price)
