The bag arrived stained, old and has styrofoam melted and stuck all over the outline of the bag which cannot be removed with water. The cloth looks stained and used, the brush is of low quality and has its hair dropped all over the tea pots inner. The tea cup and pot look different from the photos, the photos show the teapot set to be shiny and more green but the item is not shiny and less green in real life. Seller told me to just use a glue remover to remove the styrofoam glue stain instead of solving the problem of sending me low quality and stained goods resulting from the poor packaging and handling.
