I received the pan with one handle only, so it was defect. I opened a dispute for refund. It wasn't possible, the seller offered to refund 5$ only, which is the price difference for the version of the pan which has no handles. If we speak money, it could be ok. If you want a total refund, it would mean to pay the shipping costs to send it back! And anyway, it wasn't accepted, I asked for it of course. I asked a total refund + the price to send it back. Refused. But the problem is that I find myself without the product I wanted to buy. So, people, be careful! I don't know if this is a way for them to send to very far foreigners their items having flaws, and just to get rid of these unsellable products by refunding a small difference, or if this just was a real fail in quality control. Anyway, I find myself with an unusable product. I do not recommend this seller.
