One thing which is most distressing is that this seller is like most others who use the Ali Express platform. When an item is not delivered, they begin an elaborate and time consuming process of chasing after signatures in an attempt to identify the delivery error. Unfortunately, when China Air is utilised, there is; nor will there ever be, a customer delivery receipt, and therefore, no customer signature. Most disturbing was when I did not receive the item and eventually filed a dispute, the seller responded by requesting that I cancel the dispute while they investigate my claim. This request denotes a fraudulent business practice, at the very least, and I have been "burned" by this deceptive business practice in the recent past by another Ali Express seller; Suptec. No dispute, no claim exists! The end result is that after some three (3) weeks after a "supposed" delivery, I am still without the jacket for which I had paid. Hopefully, Ali Express will be able to assist me further.
The jacket is exactly as advertised and the quality is extremely high. Surprisingly, it arrived even sooner than promised. This seller is most highly recommended. Many thanks.
