I have no idea if this is a good product because I haven't received it. For some reason the order closed itself. I didn't receive any notifications about this. I only saw that it said "closed" while I was scrolling through my orders to confirm the ones that I had received. I sent the company a message and they said for some reason the order closed itself and they have returned my money. I checked and hadn't received my money back and I let them know in a message. They then said the refund could take up to 20 days. Well, its been 29 days and I have just checked (even though I get an alert from paypal when I get a refund) and no money. I sent them another message today and I'm not expecting a return message until tomorrow. Side note... When I did message them initially, they returned my message within 24 hours, so that's good. Anyway, I will update this if I receive a refund and put in how long it took.
