I ordered the bag as a Birthday and Christmas gift for my friend's son to be shipped to my friend's address. The post delivered the parcel to her address but she forgot to confirm to me that she received the parcel. And I opened dispute because purchased protection is running out. After, I asked her today and she told me that she's very sorry that she forgot to mention it to me. But she said that it was lovely and beautiful school bag her son is happy.
