Works well, and is easy to set up. Delivery was very fast, came within 1-2 weeks. Cuts paper accurately, and engraves wood effectively . It could probably cut wood (20W), but it would take a long time and involve a number of passes. Build quality is excellent for the price. All metal frame. Recommend getting a copy of Lightburn software to use with it, as the free software (while definitely usable) is not as user friendly. Works well with inkscape vector drawings. 100% satisfied and very happy overall! Thank you!
