Kind of a mixed bag but that was expected at this price. The mode switch is fast and feels good to use. The receiver is fairly weak though and just being under the desk is enough to cause lag and choppiness in the connection. The sensor is also not the best, the cursor doesn't feel very responsive or accurate, floaty almost, but I found a setting where it's tolerable in office use. Decent for a cheap dual-mode but in hindsight I'd probably just pay more for something better
