Considering the situation and the fact that I live literally on the opposite side of the globe, I got the merchandise in a reasonable time. The product has nothing but a slight discoloration on the galvanized metal of the Input\Output plate; quite normal for a used product of this age which I assume had probably been in a gaming café or something; but the product has obviously been well cleaned as the product page of the vendor said it would. I've had it for almost a month now. No fan noise, no overheat. I have an old computer with an old 1600x900 screen for which this card is quite adequate.
