They sent uesed products,not new ones. they tell me to pay for the refund. why am i responsible for their mistake? and,EMS service is not possible for battery products.
They sent me used products. And I want to return the product, but products that use batteries are difficult to ship overseas. They seem to use it to cheat. And they aren't taking any necessary steps to get a refund. It is virtually impossible to return for a refund. I was totally scammed They continue to claim it is new. It has been around for a very long time, and it is full of cat hair.
