Such a bad conditioned product has come. I got one which seems used one. The reason why doubt is because the vinyl on cooler, torn out poorly. (Check the photo I upload) And it fails to display frequently. Green screen issue may come from Radeon's chronical problem. but I cannot stand when it just fail to display. (I have to reboot several times)
