The phone came on time and the service was quick. I've been using the phone for over 5 days and have already notice issues with it. Being a Sony, the battery power last less then 13hrs throughout the day and when connected to my Sony wireless headphones using Bluetooth, I have to stand to close to my phone otherwise walking less then 4ft away it starts crackling. This phone doesn't perform like a Sony, it performs like a second hand phone, found at a garage sale. I'm disappointed in my purchase.
