this is the second time I have tried to order this printhead from this vendor. The first one had a major dent in the head. This one has a minor dent in the head, and multiple corroded screws. I have not installed this printhead in the printer but I am concerned that QA is severely lacking at this vendor, and product ships with minimal (if any) physical inspection. if this fails on installation, it will be the second printhead I have purchased from this vendor that was bad. My confidence is extremely low that this was refurbished, inspected, and placed in stock as functional. I gave neutral as a rating since I do not know yet if it will even work.
