all was in to order when arrived a few days late, but no dammage at all. workes 100 % perfict and my dog reacted to it on the spot. he is not the same loud barking dog after just 1 day of a treatment of vibrate only . Tried the zapper on me to see what it would do and it gives one mighty zap at 20 % so not a dogs best friend for my mate. But love the vibrate and noise as he knows at once and comes sits at my feet .So happy I got this ....recomend everyone get it too.
