I purchased a motherboard . I immediately sent pics to the seller as the package was visibly damaged upon arrival. I asked for instructions to the seller . I was asked to test the motherboard which I did . The mobo never posted ( never started). Seller then asks me to take it to a computer shop which I did and spent additional money to get it fixed as a component was damaged during transport, I claimed ONLY for the additional expenses to get this mobo fixed and my claim was refused. Tips for all you buyers > If you receive a damaged product claim for return and full refund ....do not trust this vendor for any tips he/she gives you ... no accountability whatsoever BOOOOO you seller
