Well packaged with plastic air pockets, and pretty fast delivery. The doll is a bit dirty, but nothing a little filing can't fix. The underarms seem to be from a male doll, since they're way thicker than original monster high underarms. It's fine, because i have these laying around. However, the neck is already broken on both sides, so I'm really disappointed about that That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

the body is a little bigger, but looks verry good! too bad the shoes from monster high don't fit because it has different feet.
