Looks almost exactly like the original. Works perfectly. Make sure you have tweezers because it's impossible to put the connector back using your fingers. Very happy with this purchase. I was having issues with my controllers disconnecting randomly when playing handheld. I replaced the rails on the joycons and the rails on the Switch and I don't have the problem anymore. Definitely would purchase from this seller again.
