The cpu is arrived broken. the cpu is arrived end i try put in his socket but do not come inside. I looked that pins are in the do not correct position. When I try on power on - non power on, the main border was in protection for hight temperature cpu. My computer Asus A55DR, including the motherboard, the RAM is stable. I bought this processor to upgrade my work computer, where the same type of A8 processor is installed. After installing the A10 processor I bought from you, my computer did not turn on with a dark monitor. After i put my old A8 processor back in socket and rebuilt my computer, it worked normally. Our computer center is out of work becouse quarantine of covid. Could you come back my payment or send me another cpu working.
