Two slightly bent pins, but I was able to narrow them and CPU is fully functional.

The processor is well cleaned, straight pins and there was a small tube of thermal paste included. Shipping was fast. I upgraded from i3-330m on Acer Aspire 5741G laptop and I had to install an unofficial unlocked BIOS to enable Turbo Boost and frequency went from 2.67 to 3.3 GHz (if you have the same problem search at www.bios-mods.com)
