Works really well. Exactly the same model as what you can find inside the console. Rubbers are partially included. I believe they are not guaranteed to be included in the package. Mine came with 2/3 rubbers but you can get the rubbers from old fan when replacing it.

Definitely not the original Nintendo fan, but it works just fine. It feels a bit cheap. We’ll have to see how long it will last. Not sure what I can expect for this price.
