It is a genuine Fluke 18B+. The photo of the warranty card (i assume that us what it is) indicates the 18B+ I received was manufactured during May 2020, so this year. So this is not old stock. The photos of the packaging, and of the rear of the 18B+, show it is produced for the Chinese domestic market. The meter feels very solid, and is heavy for its size. Admittedly, it is very expensive relative to the features it provides. I received this 18B+ within 4 days from the date of purchase, shipped from the Australia warehouse to Sydney.
