The tools pictured to help pry open the phone were not included... so ive not been able to install the battery yet on my note 5
i ordered this note 4 & 5 batteries. note 5 battery was supposed 2 come w/ the phone opening tools, only received the batteries. they got the package out within 48 hours & it got through the mail& customs quickly, but i only received the batteries, no tools. the tools look 2 be a couple pieces of plastic, looks like a guitar pick kind of thing & a pry bar kind of thing. nothing fancy but i think they would probably get the job done of opening the phone. well i received no such tools. contacted the company, they were very short with me & the lady basically said i was lying, that they shipped the tools. now im not gonna waste an hour of my time speaking 2 cust service about these 50 cent pieces of plastic if i had in fact received them. she said she even checked the weight of the package! its a couple small pieces of plastic, im sure they weigh nothing, couple grams maybe? called me a liar and wouldnt send me the 50cent pieces of plastic...ill never use them again.
The battery is old or something, it will not hold a charge. Phone dies when it gets to around 25% and it goes from 100% to 25% within a couple hours of just standby time or very little usage.
