The seller sold the right components, I have a repair shop by my self, and my costumer bought a product from this store, and he bought the wrong one for his phone model , and he wanted a refund, I contacted the seller and told him to refund me so I can refund my customer and get the screen from him, because my customer have the screen, and ship it back, the seller did not wanted to refund me so I can get the screen from my customer and ship it, and told me to handle it by my self and did not wanted to help. Bad customer service. Just a simple solution that could solve all of this, my customer bought the screen not for the wrong model and the seller is not helping us and refusing to help. Bad customer service and bad selling manners.
