Ordered on 11.11.2020, received on 11.01.2021. Exactly 2 months, a little slow. But everything is perfect.

The watch took two months to arrive and the battery would not hold a charge. I arranged to return it and amazfit promised to send a new watch if I shipped it back. Then after I shipped it back they backed out on their promise. Customer service was horrible. Received messages once every 2-4 days at time. I will not be buying from Amazfit again.
