Arrived fairly quickly. The UPS works surprisingly well. It switches between mains and battery with no problems and delivers enough power through the GPIO pins for a Pi 3 to run without low voltage warnings. There doesn't seem to be any way for it to automatically restart once power is restored after it has shut down.
